Instructions for preparing full paper

Full Paper


A Full paper should be organized and comprised of the following parts:

  1. Title
  2. Authors & Affiliations
  3. Abstract
  4. Introduction
  5. Objectives
  6. Methods
  7. Results and Discussion
  8. Conclusion and Recommendations
  9. References


 1. General format of a full paper

  • A full paper must be in the size of A4, no more than 6 pages (including title, authors, abstract and reference), graphics and tables limited
  • A full paper must be with Page Set up: top and bottom: 3cm (or 1 inch); left: 3cm (or 1 inch); right: 2cm (or 0.79 inch) and in 13 point Times New Roman font, black color (including Title, authors and headings)
  • The text should be used with single line spacing and between paragraphs before spacing with 6 pt should be used.

 2. Specific format

      • Title: Capital letters, bold, center justified
      • Authors and Affiliations: Bold, right justified
        • Authors’ names should be listed with Initials and Surnames
        • The name of the Presenting author should be listed first and in bold
        • Co-authors should be after presenting author and should be in bold and italic
        • Affiliations (institution, town, country) must be indicated after each name in italic (separated by commas if more than on affiliation per author
      • Abstract: justified, italic, tab of 1.25cm ( or 0.5”)
      • Main part of the full paper (from Introduction to Recommendations): Justified, tab of 1.25cm for first line of each paragraph
      • References:
        • Journal cited: Authors in bold, title of the paper in italic, journal name, the year of publication are given, volume number, issue number, page numbers
        • Book cited: Authors in bold, title of the book in italic, year of publication, publisher and address, numbers of page cited
        • References should be put in alphabetical order based on the first author’s last name
